Great value for money, spacious and clean rooms with a stunning view. The central location was perfect for exploring the city, and the staff treated me like family, anticipating my needs before I even asked.

Breakfast items could be improved by labeling the dishes for foreigners who may not be familiar with them.

my recent stay at a boutique hotel in st petersburg was exceptional. the staff was friendly and helpful, and the room was well protected from street noise. i loved the old world charm of the hotel and the breathtaking views from my room. it truly exceeded my expectations in every way.

Payment process was different from what i'm used to.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was top-notch and the hotel facilities were excellent. The location, not really in the busy city center, was perfect for a peaceful stay. The hotel provided transportation options and it was only a short distance to the major attractions like the Hermitage and the Miriinsky. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast offered a wide variety of choices.

There was nothing I didn't like.

The location was perfect, just by the river and within walking distance from the Hermitage. The room was beautifully decorated with an upholstered bench and had a view over the courtyard. The bathroom was spotless and the service provided by the staff was exceptional. The complimentary breakfast was delicious, with freshly made omelettes and a variety of options. We also received a few compliments in the hall, which made us feel extra special.

The only downside was that the restaurant was a bit too silent for our liking.

Great views from the room and comfortable beds. The breakfast was diverse and offered healthy options as well. The location was close to a metro station which meant easy access to the city center.

The service was lacking. We didn't feel welcomed by the staff and they didn't seem eager to help us with our needs.

The bed was like sleeping on a cloud, and the room was beautifully decorated. The location was perfect, right in the center of all the attractions. Plus, the staff were extremely helpful and polite, always there to assist with anything we needed.

We did have a couple of negative experiences during our stay. The maid service was a bit off, as they took away some untouched breakfast food that we wanted to keep.

The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of major attractions. You can have breakfast at 'Spices and Joy' nearby. The room and bathroom were well-equipped; staff were friendly and welcoming. The bed was very comfortable, and air conditioning in the room kept it cool in summer. There was a lift, and the breakfast was tasty and filling.
